- Account information — email address and hashed password
- Product information — the product description and keywords you provide at signup
- Usage data — features used, scans run, signals viewed
- Payment data — billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and session data for security and platform operation
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Run AI-powered scans based on your product description
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send service-related emails (billing, feature updates, support)
- Improve the accuracy and performance of the Service
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted third parties solely to operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and database infrastructure
- Anthropic — AI processing for signal scoring and content generation
These providers are obligated to protect your data and use it only to perform services on our behalf.
4. Public Data
Lurq monitors publicly available discussions on Reddit, Hacker News, and similar platforms. We do not access, store, or process any private user data from those platforms. All scanned content is already publicly visible.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and signal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
Lurq uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect Service functionality.
8. Your Rights
